However, Non-QM lenders with {Full Docs} loan product have much lower limitations than Full Documents loan products. You have a better choice now. One key point you may pay attention is that you can apply for this program only if you can not qualify with a FNMA or FHMLC loan.
What are the differences between Non-QM Full Docs and Full Qualify Program?
In general, most of the applicants may apply for conventional Jumbo loan for purpose of higher loan amount. However, in our experiences, conventional Jumbo program is not that easy to close. The program has restricted requirements than agency loans, and has long turn time as well.
However, under some circumstances, the applicants can not qualify or proceed with conventional Jumbo program, as a result they can only do a Non-QM product to satisfy their purpose, such as higher loan amount/ Cash-out/ LTV/ Credit score, etc.
