Diamond Jumbo, for borrowers who can not do Non-agency Jumbo. More loan amount/ Higher DTI/ Higher LTV/ Unlimited financed properties.

2) Up to $4M loan amount;

4) No MI(Mortgage Insurance);
5) 660 or greater credit scores;

What’s this program?

Did you ever met below situation?
• Lender can not permit your high loan amount request?
• Can’t you get to the high LTV you want?
• Can’t non-agency jumbo lenders offer you cash-out loans?
• Did the lender require you to buy MI(Mortgage Insurance)?
If you have ever met these embarrassed situations, then no worries. Non-QM lenders also have such programs, similar with agency loans. However, Non-QM lenders with {Full Docs} loan product have much lower limitations than Full Documents loan products. You have better choice now. One key point you may take care is: You can apply for this program only if you can not qualify with a FNMA or FHMLC loan.

What’s the difference of this Non-QM Full Document program with agency Full qualify program?

In general, most of the applicants may apply for conventional Jumbo loan for purpose of higher loan amount. However, in our experiences, conventional Jumbo program is not so easy to close. The program has restricted requirements than agency loans, and has long turn time as well.

However, under some circumstances, the applicants can not qualify or proceed with conventional Jumbo program, as a result they can only do a Non-QM product, to satisfy their purpose, such as higher loan amount/ Cash-out/ LTV/ Credit score, etc.

Our Non-QM Full Income Documentation is available to borrowers with jumbo loans and conforming loans that fall just outside the parameters for Qualified Mortgages. Loans in this program must not be eligible for sale to any Government Agency.
