If you have ever met these embarrassed situations, then no worries. Non-QM lenders also have such programs, similar with agency loans. However, Non-QM lenders with {Full Docs} loan product have much lower limitations than Full Documents loan products. You have better choice now. One key point you may take care is: You can apply for this program only if you can not qualify with a FNMA or FHMLC loan.
What’s the difference of this Non-QM Full Document program with agency Full qualify program?
In general, most of the applicants may apply for conventional Jumbo loan for purpose of higher loan amount. However, in our experiences, conventional Jumbo program is not so easy to close. The program has restricted requirements than agency loans, and has long turn time as well.
However, under some circumstances, the applicants can not qualify or proceed with conventional Jumbo program, as a result they can only do a Non-QM product, to satisfy their purpose, such as higher loan amount/ Cash-out/ LTV/ Credit score, etc.
